AC Liveline Rigging Schedule



1. Wing Install – Monday 
• Wings shall be ready for installation from 1230 hours 
• Wing trolleys MUST be located on masthead position as per AC45 Measurement Notice No 9

2. Yacht Install – Tuesday & Wednesday 
Each yacht needs to be prepared as follows before its assigned time slot: 
• Hulls, scoops and beams assembled
• Bow sprit installed
• Net assembled and tightened, especially aft net (primary cable run).
• Team operations shall not impact the media install (lifting, sanding, cleaning, etc.)
• Yacht shall be in its standard trolley cradles
• Guest racer line shall not to go through the AC LiveLine emergency antenna hole in aft horn
• Media through hulls as per drawings AC45-0902, AC45-0910, to be only sealed by methods supplied or approved by ACTV. Tacky-tape, silicon or similar shall not be used. 

Schedule:
‪Tuesday, 6th September
0830-1130 hours: SoftBank Team Japan
1130-1500 hours: Groupama Team France
1500-1800 hours: ORACLE TEAM USA

Wednesday, 7th September
0830-1130 hours: Artemis Racing
1130-1500 hours: Land Rover BAR
1500-1800 hours: Emirates Team New Zealand

3. Yacht Launching – Thursday 
• Yacht shall not depart to its mooring before passing the on board media testing

4. On Board Data Streaming Testing – Thursday
• Competitors shall request and provide data cable, if required, for on board streaming data
• If Competitors wish to pass their team data cable in the media through hull exits, ACTV must be advised on Monday. The prepared cable is to be supplied at the start of the rig slot. ACTV is not responsible to supply, build or test interconnect cables for Competitors.
• If Competitors wish to bench test their equipment in the AC LiveLine container, this must be booked in advance for a slot on Wednesday

5. Cameras
• ACTV cameras: ACTV may request that a team(s) carry a 360 camera on the Thursday and/or the Friday during practice races (not substitute races)
• Team cameras: up to two GoPro or similar cameras may be carried during official and substitute races, provided they comply to the items below:
1. To be used for internal training only and/or to edit their short-form VNRs in accordance with the "team use” principles
2. One to be positioned under the aft light stack clear of the aft ACTV camera shot
3. A second camera position require additional approval from ACTV

6. Yacht De-Rig – Sunday 
• The de-rig will commence after racing at the technical area and/or on the moorings, unless otherwise notified to the Competitors.
• Wash down of the platform shall be done after on board media de-rig.
