The RaceComms display on each yacht has been changed.

The previous version showed the start time and the new version shows the time until the start (countdown).

All Competitors must understand the time shown on the RaceComms display cannot be the official time.

Testing has shown that the error may be within tenths of a second of official time and the advice from ACEA technology team is that the time difference could be up to 1 second in error.

The official time will still be based on GPS time as shown on the Race Committee boat.
